both men campaigned in ohio tuesday. jan crawford is covering the romney campaign in akron. good morning, jan. >> reporter: good morning, anthony, norah. this is a state that romney really needs to win. he's spending four days here this week. we were at a rally here in northeast ohio last night. there were about 10,000 people there and they took the president's re-election chance and turned it on him. >> i've been watching some of president obama's rallies and they chant four more years, four more years and today there are 28 days before the election. i think the right chant ought to be for them is four more weeks. four more weeks. >> reporter: romney argued the president to detract from his failed record is focusing on the small things and instead of focusing on jobs and the economy an example of a small thing a big bird. >> he's focused on saving big bird is kind of a strange thing in my view because you see i'm focused on helping the american people get good jobs and brighter prospects. >> reporter: across the state in columbus, president obama was talking about big bird,
